Okadas Make Freetown Go Round

In Freetown, West Africa, ex-combatants of the civil war are using 2-wheel motorbikes as taxis called Okadas. But the new form of transportation has brought about some new challenges for Sierra Leonians. CNPI reporter Abdulai Bah reports from Freetown.
